Aarhus University administers a limited number of scholarships financed by the Danish state for highly qualified non-EU/EEA/Swiss applicants admitted to its Master’s degree programmes.

The content of a scholarship varies. In some cases, the scholarship is a full or partly tuition waiver. In other cases, the tuition waiver includes a monthly grant towards living expenses, typically but not always for the duration of your Master’s degree programme.
Only non-EU/EEA/Swiss applicants are eligible. Applicants must comply with the university’s general admission requirements and application procedures and deadlines.
There is no separate application for the scholarship as all applicants will automatically be assessed for scholarships based on their applications. No additional documents are required. The application deadline for most Masters programme study for September 2023 intake is 15 January 2023 for non-EU/EEA/Swiss citizens.
